Terms of Use

These terms cover use of lucaguiga.com, the API at admin-api.lucaguiga.com, and Mimir, a personal time management and stress planning application that connects to the Oura API. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

The site

The portfolio is offered for information. You may view it and share links to it. Text, images, designs, and documents on it belong to Luca Guiga or their respective owners. Please do not copy or republish them without permission, except for short quotes with credit.

Mimir and Oura data

Mimir reads data from your Oura account only with your permission, and only to produce a personal stress and workload estimate. You must have the right to share the Oura account and data you connect. You can withdraw permission at any time by revoking access in your Oura account. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of the Oura API is also subject to Oura's own terms.

Not medical advice

Mimir is not a medical device. Its estimates, schedules, and sleep figures are rough planning aids. They do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition and are not medical, mental health, or professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional about health concerns, and do not ignore or delay care because of anything shown here. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

The API

The APIs are private and meant for the site owner and anyone the owner has invited. Access requires a secret key. Do not share the key, try to guess it, or try to reach data that is not yours.

Acceptable use

• Do not attack, overload, scan, or probe the site or APIs.
• Do not use them to send unlawful or harmful content or malicious code.
• Do not try to bypass authentication or rate limits.
• Do not use Oura data obtained through Mimir for anything other than the purposes in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

Everything here is provided as is and as available, with no warranties of any kind, including accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Project descriptions, figures, and designs are shared for information and are not professional engineering advice.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, APIs, or Mimir. The service is free, so our total liability for any claim is zero.

Suspension

We may block access at any time, including for breaking these terms.

Changes, law, and contact
